Returns Policy

At this moment, Taylored By Faith, LLC is not accepting any returns.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received your item and it is broken, you may contact Route and they will take care of your issue. * * * This is only valid if you paid for package protection * * * 

Under no circumstances may custom orders be returned! Custom orders are specifically made for you and cannot be resold to another customer. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds Policy

For all custom items, Taylored By Faith, LLC. is not accepting returns or refunds. Once payment is received, all sales are considered final. 

For party favor items, refunds are not available. However, you may reschedule payment to another event date.

Mockups

When a mock-up is sent, this is your chance to verify everything - from spelling to designs, characters and etc. If you would like anything changed or added, this is when you need to say it.

I am a one-person business, and I may make mistakes. I apologize for any mistakes in advance, but I appreciate you for catching what I may have missed. 

If an error is noticed after approval and printing, a reprint fee of $15 will occur - because more materials will have to be used to fix the mistake.

Shipping

Please allow 3-10 business days to process your order. Please note that some custom items may take longer to process. I advise you to inquire about your order before your event's date if you are unsure. Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Your order will be shipped through the USPS or the UPS. Please be aware that shipping times are in addition to the processing time. 

First Class Package / Standard (tracking included): approx. 1-5 Business Days

Priority Mail / Express (tracking included): approx 1-3 Business Days

What Happens If My Order Doesn't Deliver or Delivers Late?

All items will have a tracking number that you can access once your order is shipped. I cannot control slower shipping and/or delays from USPS/UPS, so please be patient.

Once your package has been scanned into the system by USPS/UPS, Taylored By Faith, LLC. is no longer responsible for your package.

Taylored By Faith, LLC. is not responsible for a missing or stolen package.

If your tracking information states that it has been delivered, please check with your local post office for more information. Often times, packages are marked as delivered a day earlier. If your package seems to still be missing or cannot be found after 24 hours, you can file a missing report with your local post office.

What If My Package Was Delivered To The Wrong Address?

Taylored By Faith, LLC. is not liable for any delivery to the wrong address. At checkout, there is an address validator that confirmed if your address was correct or incorrect.

Delivery to the wrong address is not grounds for a refund.

If you received someone else's package, please contact your local post office to alert them of the mistake immediately. Please provide them with the tracking number on the package, along with the name and address. From there, let USPS schedule a pickup. You should not open another person's mail, as that is a federal crime.

Questions Commonly Asked By My Customers
What Is Your Turnaround Time?
Please try your best to order at least 2-3 weeks in advance. If you would like your order to be made priority, you must add the chosen rush fee to your order.
Why Is My Order Taking So Long?
Everything sold on my site is handmade, solely by Taylored By Faith. While you may have to wait a little longer to receive your order, please know that each purchase you make helps make my dreams of being a young entrepreneur come true. I appreciate you and your support and just know that I am working hard to make sure that you are satisfied with the final product.
Can I Pay For My Order In Cash If I Live Locally?
Yes, yes you can! Only applicable to local Texas residents (within 20 miles of zip code 77382 - The Woodlands, TX). Once you select 'Cash' in the checkout cart, the appropriate directions will appear. Please be aware that the exact amount must be paid in cash, as change will not be provided. Taylored By Faith Creations is not accepting checks and/or money orders at this time. Thank you!
Will You Tell Me When You Ship My Order?
Yes. Each order will come with an automated email that will have all the important details pertaining to your order. You will receive a tracking number, along with your paid invoice, that you may use to track your order.
Can You Make Something In My Theme?
Yes, I can! All themes, all events and all ages can be done! If you browse my website, you will see that most products can be customized to fit your needs. If you cannot find specifically what you are looking for on my website, click 'Contact Me' at the top of my page to inquire about your request. You can also contact me at 'tayloredbyfaithLLC@gmail.com' with "Custom Order" in the subject line. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response.
Why Is Your Marketing Information/Logo On The Products That I Am Paying For?
I work very hard for hard on my products, whether it be through design and/or through labor. Also, I would hate for someone to pass off my work as their own, so thank you for understanding!
